摘要
目的 了解环卫工人职业紧张对其生存质量的影响.方法 于2015年3～5月在宁夏某市区192名环卫工人中随机抽取了121名,采用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)对其职业紧张因素、中和缓解因素、职业紧张反应进行评分,采用生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF中文版)对其生理、心理、社会和环境领域进行评价.结果 组织气氛和其他来源的高、中、低组间,环卫工人生存质量的环境领域得分差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).偏相关分析显示环卫工人工作负荷得分、家庭/工作平衡得分、组织气氛得分、其他来源得分与环境领域得分呈正相关;工作负荷得分与生理领域得分呈正相关;组织气氛得分与社会关系领域得分呈正相关(P均＜0.05).多元逐步回归分析显示职业紧张因素的其他来源对生存质量中的生理领域和心理领域,人际关系对心理领域,组织气氛对社会关系领域和环境领域,工作责任对社会关系领域得分均有影响.结论 组织气氛、工作负荷、家庭/工作平衡及其他因素可能是影响环卫工人生存质量的主要因素.环卫工人在处理职业紧张方面可能是以忍耐为主,尽可能避免相互竞争而导致的职业紧张.工作组织满意感、躯体不适和心情平静是影响环卫工人生存质量的主要因素.
Objective To investigate the impact of occupational stress in sanitation workers on quality of life.Methods 121 sanitation workers were selected randomly from Xingqing District of Yinchuan City.The OSI-R was used for evaluating occupational stress factors,mitigating factors and occupational stress reaction score while WHOQOL-BREF was used for evaluation on the physiological,psychological,social and environmental fields.Results Quality of life in the field of environmental score showed significant difference among sanitation workers in high,intermediate and low group on organizational atmosphere and other sources. Partial correlation analysis showed that the workload scores,the environment physical domain scores,family/work balance score,the environmental field score,organizational atmosphere score,social fields relationship score and environment scores of sanitation workers were positively correlated. Workload and physical domain were positively correlated.Organizational atmosphere and social relations domain were positively correlated. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that other sources of occupational stress factors was related to physical domain and psychological domain. Interpersona relationshipwas related to psychological domain. Organizational atmosphere was related to social relations and environmental domain.Job responsibilities was related to social relatinons domain.Conclusion The main factors affecting the quality of life of the sanitation workers is organizational atmosphere,workload,amily/work balance,other sources,organization of work satisfaction,physical discomfort and peace of mind.
