摘要
为进一步推进高校教育事业的发展,提高高校教师的职业水平,高校在人事管理中开展了一系列激励措施并取得了显著效果。但是从高校人事管理中对激励机制的应用来看,仍存在很多不足之处,因此如何创新和完善激励机制在人事管理中的应用成为现阶段高校人事管理面临的重要课题。
In order to further promote the development of college education and improve the professional level of college teachers, colleges and universities in the personnel management to carry out a series of incentives and achieved remarkable results. However, there are still many shortcomings in the application of incentive mechanism in the personnel management of colleges and universities. Therefore, how to innovate and perfect the application of incentive mechanism in personnel management has become an important subject of university personnel management at present.
