摘要
目的 :探讨聚肌胞注射液治疗复发性口腔黏膜溃疡患者的临床效果。方法 :选取2014年1月~2016年4月在我院进行诊治的88例复发性口腔黏膜溃疡患者,采用SPSS16.0生成随机数字表分为聚肌胞组(基础治疗+注射聚肌胞)、对照组(基础治疗)各44例,对比两组患者的溃疡期、治疗后6个月的复发率、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及临床疗效。结果治疗后,聚肌胞组患者的平均溃疡期、疼痛指数均低于对照组;治疗3个月、6个月后,聚肌胞组的溃疡复发率分别为13.64%、18.18%低于对照组的31.82%、43.18%;治疗后,聚肌胞组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4=/CD8+均高于对照组;治疗后,聚肌胞组显效率72.73%高于对照组的50.00%。结论 :聚肌胞注射液治疗复发性口腔黏膜溃疡效果肯定,同时可以调节患者的免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Polyinosinic-polycytidylic Acid Injection in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods From January 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 88 cases of recurrent oral ulcer patients, produced by SPSS16.0 were randomly divided into Poly Group(basic treatment + injection of polyinosinic) and control group(basic treatment) of the 44 cases, compared two groups of patients with ulcer stage, 6 months after treatment the recurrence rate of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the average ulcer stage, pain index of poly I-C groups were lower than the control group; 3 months of treatment, after 6 months, Poly Group ulcer recurrence rate were 13.64%, 18.18%, 31.82%, 43.18% lower than the control group; after treatment, Poly Group CD3+, CD4+, CD4=/CD8+ were higher than the control group; after treatment, Poly Group was 72.73% higher than that of the control group 50%. Conclusion Polyinosinic-polycytidylic Acid Injection in the treatment of recurrent oral mucosal ulcer effect, and can regulate the immune function of patients.
