摘要
本文对大学生转专业的整体现状进行了分析,从三个阶段分别阐述大学生转专业的意义,从学生和制度两方面找出了转专业的主要原因,归纳出转专业过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题给出了相应的解决办法。研究目的是通过转专业环节探索适合学生个性发展、培养高素质专业人才的方法。
Based on the analysis of the overall status of undergraduates‘ changing majors and the expounding of the significance of undergraduates' changing majors from three stages, this paper points out the major cause of this conduct from the aspects of students and the system and concludes the problems existing in the process and presents the corresponding solutions to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to explore the methods which are suited to personality development for students and cultivating high-quality professional talents through changing majors.
