积极心理视域下大学生人际交往困难的辅导案例报告 被引量:1

摘要 本案例中的学生由于原生家庭和个人性格特质的综合因素,存在长期人际交往困难。入学后,刚刚结束适应期又遭遇分班调整,产生突发性心理问题。大学生的人际交往焦虑是常见的心理问题之一,辅导员老师基于积极心理学理念,迅速开展针对性辅导支持,协同家长、专业老师和同学,帮助学生度过心理危机,健全独立人格。良好的人际关系是当代大学生在校期间生存和发展的必要条件,处理好人际交往问题有助于大学生获得归属感、意义感和尊重感等积极情感体验。本案例的辅导干预以积极心理学理念为指引,针对学生人际交往问题,追本溯源、多维支持,积极调整,对处理同类型问题有一定借鉴意义。 The students in this case have long-term interpersonal communication difficulties due to the com-prehensive factors of their original family and personal personality traits. After enrollment, I just finished my adaptation period and encountered sudden psychological problems due to class ad-justments. Interpersonal anxiety among college students is one of the common psychological prob-lems. Based on the concept of positive psychology, counselors and teachers quickly provide targeted counseling and support, collaborating with parents, professional teachers, and classmates to help students overcome psychological crises and improve their independent personality. Good interper-sonal relationships are a necessary condition for the survival and development of contemporary college students during their time in school. Dealing with interpersonal communication problems well can help college students gain positive emotional experiences such as a sense of belonging, meaning, and respect. The counseling intervention in this case is guided by the concept of positive psychology, targeting students’ interpersonal communication problems, tracing the root cause, providing multidimensional support, and actively adjusting. It has certain reference significance for dealing with similar problems.
