摘要
党的十八大以来,我国学生资助工作明确要求了将扶困与扶志、扶智结合起来,将“立德树人”根本任务贯穿资助全过程,而如何实现从单纯的扶困的输血式帮扶到融合扶志、扶智的发展型帮扶,对高职院校提出了挑战。本研究旨在通过对温州高职院校资助育人现状进行调查和分析,了解取得的成效和存在的问题,立足高职院校家庭经济困难学生特点和需求,结合当前国家资助政策和十大育人体系探索发展型资助育人的实践路径,以期推进高职院校资助育人工作的合理性和有效性。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the work of student aid in China has clearly required the combination of poverty alleviation with the support of aspiration and intel-ligence, and the fundamental task of “cultivating morality and cultivating talents” to run through the entire process of aid. However, how to achieve development oriented assistance that integrates aspiration and intelligence from simple poverty alleviation has posed a challenge to vocational col-leges. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the current situation of funding and education of higher vocational colleges in Wenzhou, understand the achievements and existing problems, based on the characteristics and needs of students from economically disadvantaged families in vocational colleges, and explore the practical path of developing funding and education in combination with current national funding policies and the top ten education systems, in order to promote the rationality and effectiveness of funding for education in higher vocational colleges.
