摘要
“人才”带给了社会光芒,点燃了社会发展的希望之火。在高等教育蓬勃发展的过程中,各大高校的人才队伍发挥着不可替代的作用,如何教育人才、教育怎样的人才、为什么要教育人才的问题始终是各界学者关注的焦点。全国各大高校作为我国优质人才队伍的源头活水,应始终把人才作为第一资源、头等资源,重视对人才的教育方式,同时也应该结合自身人才队伍建设特点,探索符合自身发展路径的人才教育观,为经济社会发展提供更多优质人才。文章主要围绕当前全国各大高校人才教育的实际情况,提出全新的人才教育观与人才培养观。
Talents have brought light to society and ignited a flame of hope for social development. In the process of vigorous development of higher education, the talent team of major universities plays an irreplaceable role. The issues of how to educate talents, what kind of talents to educate, and why to educate talents have always been the focus of attention for scholars from all walks of life. As the source of high-quality talent in China, major universities across the country should always consider talents as the primary and first-class resources, attach importance to the education methods for talents, and also explore talent education concepts that are in line with their own development paths based on the characteristics of their own talent team construction, in order to provide more high-quality talents for economic and social development. The article mainly focuses on the actual situation of talent education in major universities across the country, proposing a new perspective on talent cultivation, and talent education.
