摘要
随着经济全球化和国家对外开放程度的加深,市场对外语专业人才需求逐渐增加,但外语专业人才的就业形势仍不乐观。本文通过对我高校对外语专业学生就业现状的分析,发现各大高校的外语专业人才培养仍然与市场需求存在差距。其原因主要在于,在用人单位对外语专业人才多元化能力需求增加的情况下,高校传统的人才培养改革并未与之适应。因此,未来高校应从对外语专业学生的外语专业能力、非外语专业能力、综合能力的培养三方面实施适应就业市场发展需求的人才培养改革。
With economic globalization and the deepening of the country’s opening to the outside world, the market demand for foreign language professionals is increasing, but the employment situation of foreign language professionals is still not optimistic. Based on the analysis of the employment situation of foreign language majors in our university, this paper finds that there is still a gap between the training of foreign language majors and the demand of the market, with the increasing demand of employers for diversified abilities of foreign language talents, the traditional talent training reform in colleges and universities has not been adapted to it. Therefore, in the future, colleges and universities should carry out personnel training reform to adapt to the development of the employment market from three aspects: the foreign language professional ability, the non-foreign language professional ability and the comprehensive ability.
