摘要
文章以调查研究的形式,分析当前普通高校的资源配置现状,指出在新形势下的普通高校要严格按照“资源围绕目标转”的配置理念,提前布局、明确需求,严格论证、突出效益,科学评价、动态调整,实现高校教育资源的高质量配置目标。
In the form of investigation and research, this paper analyzes the current resource allocation status of ordinary colleges and universities, and points out that under the new situation, ordinary colleges and universities should strictly follow the allocation concept of “resources around the goal”, lay out in advance, clarify the needs, strictly demonstrate, highlight the benefits, scientifically evaluate and dynamically adjust, and achieve the goal of high-quality allocation of educational resources in colleges and universities.
