摘要
在中医妇科学的发展历史中,《金匮要略》中的妇人三篇一直发挥着重要的奠基作用,仲景在文中对妊娠病、产后病以及妇人杂病进行了论证和治疗。本文主要从妇人妊娠恶阻,妇人伤胎及热入血室此三个方面讨论针刺之效果,以期推动针刺疗法在妇科临床中的应用。
In the history of the development of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, the three chap-ters on Women in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber have played an important role in laying the foundation. Zhong Jing demonstrated and treated pregnancy diseases, postpartum diseases and miscellaneous diseases of women in the article. This article mainly discusses the effect of acu-puncture from three aspects: women’s pregnancy obstruction, women’s fetal injury and heat en-tering the blood chamber to promote the application of acupuncture therapy in gynecology clinic.
