摘要
冠心病是一种慢性动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,而冠心病患者中抑郁症的发病率不断升高,双心疾病严重影响患者的生存质量及预后,故双心治疗越来越受到医疗界的关注。而西医治疗主要以扩血管和抗抑郁药物为主,疗效显著,但毒副作用较大。为提高患者生存质量,中医研究者不断探讨本病治疗。本文将从中医病因病机、辨证治疗、针灸治疗等方面进行论述,并对目前存在问题进行讨论,以期为后续研究提供一定指导。
Coronary heart disease is a chronic atherosclerotic heart disease,and the incidence of depression in patients with coronary heart disease is increasing.Double heart disease seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis of patients,so there are more concerns about double hear treatment in the medical community.Western medicine treatment mainly relies on vasodilators and antidepressant;the curative effect is remarkable,but the side effects are large.In order to improve the quality of life of patients,Chinese medicine researchers continue to explore the treatment of this disease.This article will discuss the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation treatment,acupuncture treatment and other aspects,and discuss the existing problems,in order to provide some guidance for follow-up research.
