摘要
本文通过对电力企业供应商管理和履约问题协调处理业务的分析,研究供应管理中履约问题对电力企业整个供应链的重要性。供应商履约问题协调处理业务作为供应商关系管理的重要业务环节,对于引领规范电工装备行业、实现电网高质量发展起到了重要的支撑作用。
This paper researched the significance of coordinating and dealing with implementation issues by analysis supplier management in electric power enterprises. As the significant part of supplier management, coordinating and dealing with implementation issues play supporting role in leading and standardizing the electrical equipment industry and realizing the high-quality development of power grid.
