摘要
近年来受国家相关法律法规和政策的保障,残疾人就业问题受重视程度显著提高,但实际就业情况依然严峻,就业渠道相对单一、就业质量不高、就业区域发展不平衡等问题依然存在。本文对我国残疾人就业现状和问题进行了梳理和归纳,提出借助互联网技术创新就业模式、推行就业培训提升就业能力、创建信息服务平台实现信息共享等思路,从而有助于推动“和谐社会”建设,实现“残疾人一个也不能少”的目标。
In recent years, with the protection of relevant national laws, regulations and policies, the em-ployment problem of the disabled has been paid more attention. However, the actual employment situation is still grim. The employment channels are relatively single, the employment quality is not high, and the development of employment is unbalanced. This paper summarizes the current situation and problems of employment of the disabled in China, and puts forward some ideas, such as innovating employment mode with the help of internet technology, carrying out employment training to improve employment ability, creating information service platform to share information, which is helpful to the construction of “harmonious society” and the goal of “every disabled person is indispensable”.
