摘要
后疫情时代,我国面临新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化与经济下行压力增大的双重考验,这使得就业形势更加严峻。农村残疾人作为弱势群体,也处在就业的弱势地位,在就业环境、就业渠道、就业保障、就业率与就业质量及其自身文化教育与就业技能培训等方面存在的困难十分突出。通过消除歧视,精心营造农村残疾人就业的良好环境;精准规划,切实帮扶农村残疾人做好职业规划;因人制宜,创新农村残疾人教育与就业培训模式;齐抓共管,助推农村残疾人精准就业;自立自强,提升农村残疾人职业技能等路径,可应对后疫情时代农村残疾人的就业困境。
In the post-epidemic era,China faces the double pressure of the normalization of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,and the increasing economic downturn,which makes the already severe employment situation even worse.As a vulnerable group in vulnerable areas,the employment plights of rural disabled people,such as poor employment environment,few employment channels,low employment rate and employment quality,weak employment security and their own lack of culture,education and employment skills,have become increasingly prominent.By eliminating discrimination,a good environment for the employment of rural disabled people is carefully created;precise planning is necessary for helping rural disabled people make proper career planning;the model of education and employment training for disabled persons in rural areas should be individually innovated;it needs to work together to promote accurate employment of disabled people in rural areas;self-reliance and self-improvement are required in training the rural disabled vocational skills and other ways.All the above can help deal with the employment plights of rural disabled people in the post-epidemic era.
