摘要 交通建设工程是综合交通运输发展的基础,对国家的发展意义重大。近年来,交通建设项目(如公路水路)向中西部地区迅速推进,隧道群和高墩大跨桥梁等复杂工程显著增多。在安全生产上,“认不清、想不到、管不到”的问题非常突出,成为交通建设工程等领域迫切需要解决的难题。本文整理了部分国内交通安全监管政策法规,探索了风险管控与隐患排查一体化的解决策略,并结合隧道工程案例进行了详细阐述。 As the traffic construction engineering is the foundation of the comprehensive transportation, it is of great significance to the development of the country. In recent years, traffic construction projects (e.g. highways and waterways) have rapidly extended to the central and western regions, with tunnel groups, high-pier and long-span bridges, and other complex projects significantly increasing. In terms of safety production, the prominent problem is being “unclear, unexpected, and unmanageable”, which is also urgent to solve in the traffic construction engineering. In this paper, we integrated some domestic traffic safety supervision policies and regulations, explored the so-lutions to the integrated management of risk control and hidden hazard investigation, and made an elaborate explanation based on the tunnel engineering cases.
