摘要
全球化背景下,各国的外籍人口规模大幅增加,移民人口结构、分布和政治经济特征发生巨大变化,给各国移民管理带来新的挑战,国际移民问题受到国内外学界高度关注。文章基于多来源数据基础,对移民存量群体的规模、性别、年龄结构和流向趋势进行研究,分析全球化背景下移民问题给迁入国带来的冲突与挑战。以期对我国未来移民发展趋势和挑战应对有积极导向作用,为我国移民制度改革和政策制定提供支持和参考。
Globalization has resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of foreign residents in many countries, as well as significant changes to their distribution, structure, and political and economic makeup. These developments have presented new difficulties for the management of immigration in many nations, and both domestic and foreign academics have given the topic of international migration a great deal of attention. The essay examines the number, gender, age distribution, and flow pattern of the migrant stock groups using data from multiple sources. It also examines the challenges and tension that the migration issue places on the moving countries in the context of globalization. It seeks to promote and serve as a guide for the reform of China’s migration system and policymaking, as well as to offer constructive advice for the country’s future migration patterns and issues.
