摘要
对人才资源的培养和引入,对地区经济的发展与繁荣具有十分重要的意义。本文根据城市发展对人才需求的研究,建立支持向量机模型预测未来潜在的人才需求。并采用客观评价的方法——熵值法赋予各变量权重,建立了人才吸引力的评价模型,量化评价一个城市的人才吸引水平。结果显示,本文预测出了每个月城市发展对潜在人才吸引的数量,在开始行业未稳定时人数需求是呈周期性变化。以及得出了城市的人才吸引水平。最后本文针对求解结果,提供了有关人才培养的一些建议和策略。
The cultivation and introduction of human resources is of great significance to the development and prosperity of the regional economy. Based on the research of talent development in urban development, this paper establishes a support vector machine model to predict the potential talent demand in the future. And using the method of objective evaluation-entropy method to give weights to each variable, establish an evaluation model of talent attraction, and quantitatively evaluate the level of talent attraction in a city. The results show that this paper predicts the number of potential talents attracted by urban development each month. The number of people needs to change periodically when the industry is not stable. And the level of talent attraction has been drawn. Finally, this paper provides some suggestions and strategies for talent training for solving the results.
