摘要
世界名著《傲慢与偏见》以三对男女的爱情故事为主线,生动地描绘了18世纪末19世纪初英国城镇的风俗习惯,在文学史上意义重大、影响深远。学术界对这本著作亦推崇备至,古今中外的学者们对此进行了多维度多领域的探索与研究,主要分为主题研究、女性主义和翻译研究三个大类,而翻译研究中对于文本翻译的研究则集中分布在译者主体性、语言艺术分析、中译本对比等领域,运用风格标记理论对该书进行的翻译研究则鲜有为之。译本质量关乎作者情感、态度、价值体系的有效传达和读者与传世经典的隔空对话,高质量的译本能够保障读者对原文的感受和捕捉,让作者的心绪和思想在另一种语言中得到重生。笔者撷取了《傲慢与偏见》这部文学巨著的部分语句,在风格标记理论指导下试图探索有效传达小说类文本原文文风的最佳实现方式,从措辞、修辞手法、句法与语篇三个维度对比分析孙致礼与王科一这两个中文译本在文学风格上的还原效果。本文首先通过研究的背景及意义、傲慢与偏见的作者及文学风格来对全文进行一次简单的描述,旨在通过该方式让读者对本文的研究内容有个大致的了解。之后介绍本次使用的翻译理论和理论的发展方向,最后是基于风格标记理论下的案例分析。《傲慢与偏见》属于文学类作品,其语言风格时而豪放时而婉约高雅,十分适合风格标记理论进行进一步的分析,从句子中的语法、词汇、比喻修辞等内容进行重构的翻译策略,同时能够充分发挥不同译者的翻译风格,为读者提供不同版本的译本,丰富读者的体验,并且能够更好地探讨该理论对于文学小说上的指导作用。
The world famous work Pride and Prejudice, with the love stories of three men and women as the main line, vividly depicts the customs and habits of English towns from the end of the 18th century to the beginning of the 19th century. It is of great significance and far-reaching influence in the history of literature. The academic community has also highly regarded this book. Scholars from ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad, have conducted multi-dimensional exploration and research in multiple fields, mainly divided into three major categories: thematic research, feminism, and translation research. In translation research, the research on text translation is concentrated in the fields of translator subjectivity, linguistic art analysis, and comparison between Chinese and foreign versions. However, translation research on this book using the theory of stylistic markers is rare. The quality of a translation is related to the effective communication of the author’s emotions, attitudes, and value systems, as well as the gap between the reader and the classics handed down. A high-quality translation can ensure the reader’s perception and capture of the original text, allowing the author’s emotions and thoughts to be reborn in another language. The author has extracted some sentences from Pride and Prejudice, a literary masterpiece, and under the guidance of stylistic markers theory, attempts to explore the best way to effectively convey the textual style of the original novel text. A comparative analysis is made of the restoring effects of Sun Zhili and Wang Keyi’s two Chinese versions in literary style from three dimensions: diction, rhetorical devices, syntax, and discourse. Firstly, this paper gives a brief description of the full text through the background and significance of the research, the author of arrogance and prejudice and the literary style, aiming at giving readers a general understanding of the research content of this paper through this way.
