摘要
黄连素亦称盐酸小檗碱,是从中药黄连等根茎中分离的一种季铵生物碱,也是黄连抗菌的主要有效成分。黄连素表现出十分广谱的生物活性,如抗感染、调节血脂、降血糖、降血压、增加胰岛素敏感性、抗心律失常、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等,在药物化学领域表现出十分广阔的应用前景。因而,关于黄连素和合成研究也引起了许多化学家的浓厚兴趣,本文系统地概括了近年来黄连素的合成研究进展。
Berberine, also known as berberine hydrochloride, was isolated from the rhizomes of the Coptis chinensis plant Coptis chinensis. Berberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid bearing a quaternary ammonium group. Berberine shows a variety of biological activities, such as anti-infection, regulating blood lipids, lowering blood sugar, lowering blood pressure, increasing insulin sensitivity, anti-arrhythmia, immune regulation, anti-tumor etc. Therefore, many efforts have been made to improve the synthesis berberine. This review covers all recent advances achieved in the synthesis of berberine.
