有色金属加工企业废水回用处理工程研究

摘要 我国某金属铝材料生产加工企业,为追求实现废水的零排放技术控制目标,针对生活污水以及循环水技术系统排污水分别展开技术处理后回收利用。对于生活污水,应当在选择运用生化处理技术并完成深度处理后应用于冲厕、绿化、洗车及打扫等杂用水环节。对于循环水技术系统排污水,应当在选择适当技术方法对其开展处理技术环节之后,将其选择用作循环水技术系统运行过程中的补充水。 In order to achieve the goal of zero discharge technology control of wastewater,a metal aluminum material production and processing enterprise in China has carried out technical treatment and recycling of domestic sewage and sewage from the circulating water technology system.As for domestic sewage,the water resources after biochemical treatment technology and advanced treatment technology are selected and applied to miscellaneous water links such as toilet flushing,greening,car washing and cleaning.The sewage discharged from the circulating water technology system shall be used as the make-up water during the operation of the circulating water technology system after the appropriate technical methods are selected to carry out the technical links of treatment.
