摘要 目的:探讨宫颈上皮细胞游离亚铁原卟啉/活性氧自由基(FH/ROS)联合检测在宫颈癌及癌前病变中的临床应用价值。方法:2019年3月至2019年6月遵义医科大学附属妇幼保健院(遵义市妇幼保健院)妇科接受宫颈癌筛查的女性患者360例,选取同时具有TCT检测及病理检查结果的300例,对其FH/ROS联合检测,以病理学诊断结果作为金标准,分析FH/ROS联合检测和TCT对宫颈癌与CIN检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果:上皮细胞FH/ROS联合检测阳性率高于TCT Objective: To investigatethe clinical significance of free ferrous porphyrin/reactive oxygen freeradical (FH/ROS) combined test in cervical cancer screening. Methods: A totalof 300 women pathologically diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN), cervical cancer and normal cervix were detected by FH/ROS combined testand thin-prep cytology test (TCT).
