摘要
创建一种QuEChERS结合气相色谱串联质谱法测定莲花白中氟环唑残留量,样品采用QuEChERS前处理,DB-5MS色谱柱分离,动态多反映监测(DMRM)扫描,内标法定量,在线性10~200 ng/mL范围内,相关系数值R2为0.9993,添加水平在10、20、50 μg/kg时,回收率在89.2%~109.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.5%~2.4%之间。该方法操作快捷,回收率高,精密度好,适用于莲花白中氟环唑残留量的测定。
A method for the determination of fluconazole residue in Lotus white by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established. Samples were pretreated by QuEChERS, separated by DB-5MS chromatographic column, scanned by dynamic multi reflection monitoring (DMRM), and quantified by internal standard method. In the linear range of 10~200 ng/ml, the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.9993, and the addition levels are 10, 20, 50 μg/kg. The recovery was 89.2%~109.4% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.5%~2.4% when the concentration was 0.5%~2.4%. The method is rapid, with high recovery and precision, and is suitable for the determination of fluconazole residues in Lotus white.
