摘要
在Chiralcel OJ-H手性柱上,正相、反相及极性有机相多种模式下直接拆分了氟环唑外消旋体,考察了不同流动相的组成对拆分的影响,优化了色谱分离条件,实验结果表明:两对对映异构体在正反相模式下均能获得拆分,且出峰顺序稳定,分离时间短,在V(正己烷)∶V(异丙醇)=60∶40中获得最佳拆分。
The enantioseparation of racemic epoxiconazole was performed on Chiralcel OJ-H column in the normal phase,reversed phase and polar organic phase modes.The influence of polarity and composition of the mobile phase on enantioseparation and retention of the sample was investigated.Baseline separation of the two pairs of epoxiconazole enantiomers was achieved when a mixture of n-hexane/isopropanol(at a ratio of 60∶40,V/V) was used as the mobile phase.
