摘要
传统人才培养模式的学生岗位胜任力在泛信息时代浪潮中劣势日趋凸显。针对该问题,本文以全面贯彻新时代教育方针为根本遵循,以泛信息时代学生呈现的新特征及对人才培养模式的影响为对象,以塑造学生专业化、体系化、向心力为目标,基于文献查阅法、调查法、归纳法等方法,提出“一干一基四支”复合型培养模式优化模型,构建职业化、时代化、实践化培养优化机制,设计反馈式五级结构胜任力培优模型,创建泛信息时代价值塑造纠偏模型,研究以机制促创新的三位一体螺旋上升机制,以期提升学生岗位任职能力。
The disadvantage of the traditional talent training model in student job competency is becoming increasingly prominent in the wave of the information age. In response to this issue, this article takes the comprehensive implementation of the new era education policy as the fundamental principle, takes the new characteristics presented by students in the pan information era and their impact on talent cultivation models as the object, and aims to shape students’ professionalism, systematization, and centripetal force. Based on methods such as literature review, survey, and induction, this article proposes an optimization model for the “one stem, one foundation, and four branches” composite training model, constructs a vocational, modern, and practical training optimization mechanism, designs a feedback based five level structure competency training model, creates a value shaping correction model in the pan information era, and studies a three in one spiral upward mechanism that promotes innovation through mechanisms, in order to enhance students’ job competency.
