学习压力与大学生心理健康:网络应用的遮掩效应

摘要 我国大学生心理健康风险突出,如何改善大学生心理健康值得重点关注。通过SPSS 29.0与Amos 26,对CFPS2020数据进行相关性及结构方程模型分析,探究了学习压力对大学生心理健康的影响,以及网络重要性认知的遮掩效应。结果显示,学习压力对大学生心理健康存在负面影响。此外,在学习压力与幸福感间,大学生网络学习重要性认知存在遮掩效应,在一定程度上缓解了学习压力的负面影响。因此,引导学生树立正确的网络应用观,能为缓解学生压力,促进学生心理健康发展提供保障。 The mental health risks of college students in China are prominent. How to improve the mental health of college students deserves special attention. By SPSS 29.0 and Amos 26, correlation and structural equation modeling analyses were conducted on the CFPS2020 data to investigate the influence of academic stress on college students’ mental health, as well as the suppression effect of perceived internet importance cognition. The results show that study pressure has a negative impact on the mental health of college students. In addition, between study pressure and well-being, there is a suppression effect on college students’ perception of the importance of online learning, which alleviates the negative impact of study pressure to a certain extent. Therefore, guiding students to establish a correct view of internet use can provide guarantee for relieving students’ stress and promoting their mental health development.
