新时代高校青年教师师德师风建设研究

摘要 高校教师师德师风建设是党中央对推动教育事业发展的重要部分。青年教师作为高校教师的一个新群体,具有一定的特殊性,因此青年教师师德师风建设也具有差异性。从高校教师师德师风建设的基本要求出发,以青年教师执教生涯的实际问题为根本导向,才能真正解决青年教师师德师风建设中遇到的学术功利化、角色转换难、专业知识拓展要求、爱生情怀培养挑战等问题。当下培养“青年教师”迈步走向“大先生”可采取优化绩效考核机制、师生双向评价机制、以老带新培养机制、道德模范选取机制等方式。 The construction of professional ethics and style among university teachers is an important part of the Party Central Committee’s efforts to promote the development of education. As a new group of university teachers, young teachers have certain particularities, so the construction of their professional ethics and style also has differences. Starting from the basic requirements of the construction of professional ethics and style for university teachers, and taking the practical problems of young teachers’ teaching career as the fundamental guidance, we can truly solve the problems encountered in the construction of professional ethics and style for young teachers, such as academic utilitarianism, difficulty in role transformation, requirements for professional knowledge expansion, and challenges in cultivating love for students. At present, the development of “young teachers” towards “great teachers” can be achieved through optimizing performance evaluation mechanisms, two-way evaluation mechanisms between teachers and students, training mechanisms based on the old to guide the new, and moral model selection mechanisms.
