摘要
为培养大数据时代需要的应用统计学专业人才,本文从人才定位、课程体系、教学内容、平台建设、素质培养、考核方式、教师团队建设等环节进行深入思考,探索出“科产创教”四域融合的人才培养方式。实践证明该培养方式成效显著,就业质量与升学率反应俱佳。
In order to cultivate the applied statistics professionals needed in the era of big data, considering the aspects of talent positioning, curriculum system, teaching content, platform construction, quality training, assessment methods, and teacher team construction, the talent training mode of “science, industry, innovation and education” is explored. The practice has proved that the training mode has achieved remarkable results, and the quality of employment and the rate of enrollment have responded well.
