摘要
导师制在双创教育中已经逐渐成为教学实践的主要内容,大学生双创项目不仅能在一定程度上激发学生的创新能力,还能提高学生的实践、合作、管理等综合素养。导师制已成为高等院校做好创新创业教育、引导学生进行创新创业训练的有效途径之一。文中阐述了导师在实验、创新、科研三个方面对学生创新创业思维的影响,使学生在一定程度上了解了创新研究的方法步骤,掌握了创新创业的技术过程,学会了创新创业的基本技能。
Tutorial system in the double gen education has gradually become the main content of the teaching practice. College students’ double gen project, to a certain extent, can not only stimulate students’ innovation ability, but also can improve the students’ practical cooperation management, compre-hensive accomplishment and so on. Tutorial system has become one of the effective ways to promote the entrepreneurship education and to guide the students’ innovative entrepreneurial training in colleges and universities. In the paper, mentor’s influences on students’ innovative entrepre-neurial thinking in the three aspects: experiment, innovation and scientific research are discussed. So that students, in a certain extent, can understand the steps of innovation research, master the art of innovative entrepreneurial process, and learn the basic skills of innovative undertaking.
