摘要
在"双创"政策下,高职院校在对学生进行知识教育、素质教育的同时,也应重视学生创新创业能力的培养。该文结合《老年护理》这门课程,探讨高职院校创新创业教育理念在课程中的应用。简述创新创业的概念、意义,并探讨了应用型人才的培养策略,即在人才培养上突出创新精神及创新创业能力,从而提高高职学生的就业水平,使学生积极参与社会经济的建设,适应新时代的发展。
Under the policy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability while carrying out knowledge education and quality education for students.This paper discusses the application of innovation and entrepreneurship education concept in higher vocational colleges.Based on the public elective course"geriatric nursing".This paper briefly describes the concept and significance of innovation and entrepreneurship,and discusses the training strategy of applied talents,that is highlighting the innovative spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability in talent training,so as to improve the employment level of higher vocational students,actively participate in the construction of social economy,and adapt to the development of the new era.
