摘要
[目的]了解基因型在植物吸收、运输、拒镉过程中的作用,有助于开展镉低积累作物研究工作。[方法]通过大量文献阅读,分类、统计出与镉吸收、运输、积累有关的基因。[结果]近几年,已鉴定出多个与Cd2+吸收和转运有关的基因或数量性状基因座(Quantitative trait locus, QTLs)。其中,多个基因家族的成员参与了植物中Cd2+的吸收、转运和积累过程,包括HMA、ABC、NRAMP、IRT、CAX、CET、MTP、MATE、LCT等基因家族。研究作物耐镉、拒镉机理及相关基因在该过程中的作用,对镉低积累作物的遗传育种有导向意义。
[Objective] Understanding the function of genotype in the process of plant absorption, transportation, is important to the work of the screening of low-cadmium accumulation crops. [Method] Through reading a large number of literatures, the genes related to cadmium absorption, transportation and accumulation were classified and counted. [Results] In recent years, researchers have found and verified that multiple genes or quantitative trait locus (QTLs) related to Cd uptake and transport have been identified. Among them, members of multiple gene families participate in the absorption, transport, and accumulation of Cd in plants, including HMA, ABC, NRAMP, IRT, CAX, CET, MTP, MATE, LCT and other gene families. By studying the mechanism of cadmium tolerance and cadmium rejection and the role of related genes in this process, it has guiding significance for genetic breeding of low-cadmium accumulation crops.
