硒、镉处理对马铃薯植株生长及硒镉吸收的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以马铃薯品种兴佳2号为材料,采用盆栽试验研究不同含量的硒、镉及其复合作用对马铃薯植株生长及硒、镉吸收的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度的硒(16-20 mg/kg)对马铃薯植株无短期毒害作用,可以促进马铃薯根、芽的生长,但超过一定浓度的硒(>20 mg/kg)则对马铃薯植株有毒害作用,表现为对根、芽生长的促进作用减弱、POD活性急剧上升;单一镉胁迫下,马铃薯植株受到显著的短期毒害作用(P<0.05),根、芽的生长受到抑制、POD活性急剧上升;硒镉复合施用时,适宜浓度的硒(≤16 mg/kg)可与一定浓度的镉(≤40 mg/kg)产生拮抗效应,可缓解马铃薯植株的镉毒害,超过该范围则表现出协同效应,加重对马铃薯植株的毒害;马铃薯植株中硒、镉浓度随土壤中其添加量的增加而增加,硒、镉施用量分别为24、160 mg/kg时,马铃薯植株中硒、镉含量达最大值,分别为0.28和1.43 mg/kg;与单一镉处理相比,硒镉复合处理时,硒在一定程度上可降低马铃薯植株对镉的吸收。因此,在轻度镉污染的土壤上种植马铃薯,施用适宜浓度的硒不仅可缓解镉胁迫对马铃薯的毒害,还有利于生产硒含量适宜的马铃薯。 The effects of different contents of selenium and cadmium and their combined application on potato plant growth and selenium and cadmium absorption were studied by pot experiments using Xingjia No.2 as the material.The results showed that the suitable concentration of selenium(16-20 mg/kg)had no short-term toxic effect on potato plants,which could promote the growth of the root and bud.But when the concentration was higher than 20 mg/kg,it had toxic effect on potato plants,which showed that the promoting effect on root and bud began to weaken and the POD activity increased sharply.Under Cd stress,potato plants suffered significant in toxic effect short-term(P<0.05),the growth of roots and buds of potato was inhibited,and the POD activity increased sharply.When selenium and cadmium were applied together,suitable concentration of selenium(≤16 mg/kg)and certain concentration of cadmium(≤40 mg/kg)can produce antagonistic effect,which could alleviate the cadmium toxicity of potato plants.If the concentration exceeded this range,it showed synergistic effect and aggravated the toxicity of potato plants.The concentrations of selenium and cadmium in potato plants increased as the increase of the amount of selenium and cadmium in soil.When the application rates of selenium and cadmium were 24 mg/kg and 160 mg/kg,the contents of selenium and cadmium in potato plants reached the maximum,which were 0.27 mg/kg and 1.43 mg/kg,respectively.Compared with the single cadmium treatment,combined appliation of selenium and cadmium could reduce the cadmium content absorbed by potato plants to a certain extent.Therefore,if potato was planted in the soil with mild cadmium pollution,application of appropriate concentration of selenium can not only alleviate the toxic effect of cadmium stress,but also be benefical to the production of potato with appropriate selenium content.
