摘要
目的:探究线上教学背景下大学生压力情况,并提出对策建议。方法:采用陈芳蓉编制的《大学生学业压力源问卷》调查了115名大学生的学业压力情况。结果:大学生在线上教学背景下感受到的压力与线下教学背景下的学习压力并无明显差异;性别、年级对线上教学背景下的学生学业压力的影响不存在显著差异。结论:线上教学背景下大学生学习状态普遍感觉较好,但学习效率需要提高。
Objective: To investigate the stress situation of university students in the context of online teaching, and to put forward countermeasures. Methods: The Academic Stressors Questionnaire for University Students, developed by Chen Fangrong, was used to investigate the academic stress of 115 university students. Results: There was no significant difference between the stress levels of students in online and offline classrooms;gender and grade level also had a smaller impact on students’ academic stress. Conclusion: University students in the online teaching context generally feel better in their learning state, but their learning efficiency needs to be improved.
