摘要
自“互联网+”概念诞生以来,就成为我国社会经济发展重点关注的内容,全面推进“互联网+”电子政务,实现政务公开,为进一步提高政府服务水平,加快建设服务型政府奠定了坚实的基础。成都市政府依托“天府蓉易办”为平台,深入推进电子政务服务,打造跨区域、跨部门的电子政务服务,实现一网通办、远程协同、电子审批、资源共享等优势功能。本文在探寻成都市电子政务建设过程中存在问题的基础上,提出相应的解决措施,以期为成都市电子政务发展提供经验借鉴,加快促进政府职能的转变、服务方式的创新,更好的建设人民满意的服务型政府。
Since the birth of the concept of “Internet+”, it has become the focus of China’s social and economic development and construction. The comprehensive promotion of “Internet+” e-government and the realization of government openness have laid a solid foundation for further improving the level of government service and speeding up the construction of a service-oriented government. Relying on “Tianfu Rong Yi Office” as the platform, Chengdu municipal government further promotes e-government services, creates cross-regional and cross-department e-government, and realizes the advantages of one-network access, remote coordination, electronic approval, resource sharing and other functions. In this paper, on the basis of exploring the problems existing in the process of e-government construction in Chengdu, the corresponding solutions are put forward, in order to provide experience for the development of e-government in Chengdu, accelerate the transformation of government functions and innovation of service mode, and build a better service-oriented government that people are satisfied with.
