摘要
高校图书馆在公共文化服务体系中占有重要的位置,但是其参与公共文化服务的现状却不容乐观。如何利用高校独特的信息资源有效参与到公共文化服务当中,既是社会发展的需要,也是增强自身发展之举。本文通过案例分析的方法,详细介绍美国芝加哥公共图书馆在提供文化服务上的先进理念和经验,结合我国实际情况,对高校图书馆有效参与公共文化服务进行探讨。
Although university libraries have always been playing an important role in the system of public cultural service,the participation of university libraries in public culture services is not optimistic. Therefore,to effectively involve the unique information resources of universities into public cultural service is the requirement of social development,and also is an act to improve itself. In the thesis,by the means of case analysis,the author detailed advanced concepts and experience about Chicago Public Library in providing cultural service,and discussed how to effectively involve universities libraries into public cultural services based on the real.
