摘要
开放带来进步,封闭必然落后。开放是1978年以来中国历史演进的“关键词”,是中国共产党带领人民创造世所罕见的“两大奇迹”的重要法宝。党在国家政治生活中所处的地位及其所担负的历史使命,决定党必须以开放的理念引领自身建设,继承党的建设的历史经验、学习参政党建设的有益成果和吸取国外政党建设的经验教训。这是党发展壮大的必由之路,也是党完成历史使命的必然选择。
Openness brings progress, and closure is bound to lag behind. Opening up is the “key word” of China’s historical evolution since 1978, and it is an important magic weapon for the Chinese Communist Party to lead the people to create the “two wonders” rarely seen in the world. The position of the Party in the political life of the country and its historical mission determine that the party must lead its own construction with an open concept, inherit the historical experience of the party’s construction, learn the beneficial results of participating in the construction of political parties and learn the lessons of the construction of foreign political parties. This is the only way for the Party to grow and develop, and it is also the inevitable choice for the Party to fulfill its historical mission.
