摘要 高校思想政治理论课教师在其课程中发挥着极其重要的作用。高校思想政治理论课教师的身份与价值认同来自于教师个体的自我完善和社会的稳定与和谐。高校思想政治理论课教师的特殊性使其更应该注重自身的身份与价值认同,高校思想政治理论课教师的特殊性主要表现在其政治性、科学性、实践性和专业性上。高校思想政治理论课教师的身份与价值认同有助于其树立理想信念,履行自己作为教师的责任义务,优化教学和科研工作,最终将更好地推动思想政治理论课的建设和发展。 Teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities play an extremely impor-tant role in their curriculum. The identity and value identification of teachers in ideological and political theory courses comes from the self-improvement of teachers and the steady and harmony of society. The particularity of teachers in college ideological and political theory courses should focus on their own identity and value identification. The particularity of teachers in college ideological and political theory courses is mainly manifested in their political, scientific, practical and professional nature. The identity and value identification of teachers in ideological and political theory courses helps them to establish ideals and beliefs, fulfill their duties as teachers, optimize teaching and scientific research, and ultimately promote the construction and development of ideological and political theory courses.
