摘要
成功开发涉外旅游人才既可以提升河北经济发展的软实力,又可以化解人才供需结构性矛盾。运用SWOT分析方法对河北涉外旅游人才开发的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,开发旅游人才要强化涉外旅游学科建设,组建“双语”、“双师”教师队伍,构建以国际化人才素质为核心的大学生学生评价体系,建立行业培训机制。
Developing successfully tourist talents concerning foreign affairs is the unique way to enhance soft power of Hebei’s economic development and effective resolution to solve the conflict between talent supply and demand. Based on the approach of SWOT, this paper specifically analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, and on this basis it puts forward some counter measures of the development of tourist talents concerning foreign affairs, construction of double-qua- lified teachers team and building up the evaluation of college students based on the quality of internationalized talents in Hebei Province.
