摘要
本文以现象级法治题材影视剧《底线》为研究对象,通过简述《底线》的剧情主旨,阐释了指导性案例融入影视剧中对当代法治传播的作用,得出了《底线》作为深刻反映当代法治进程的影视作品,指导性案例的融入为当代影视赋能法治传播提供了借鉴,为影视创作推动法治传播开拓了思路。
This article takes the phenomenal rule of law-themed film and television drama “The Bottom Line” as the research object, by briefly describing the plot theme of “The Bottom Line”, illustrates the role of guiding cases to the dissemination of rule of law, and concludes that “The Bottom Line” is a film and television work that profoundly reflects the contemporary process of rule of law, guiding cases into the contemporary film and television can provide a reference to the rule of law, for the film and television creation to promote the rule of law spread ideas.
