三元复合驱采出污水回注驱油处理方法探讨

摘要 大庆地区三元复合驱采出污水与聚合物驱采出污水均为弱碱性水。利用室内物理模拟实验系统,测试了界面张力、粘度对三元复合驱采出污水驱油效率的影响。实验结果表明,三元复合驱采出污水与原油间的界面张力为10−1 mN/m数量级,油水粘度比为4,驱油效率仅为2.3%;根据三元复合驱采出污水复配三元体系的注入能力与驱油效率实验结果,三元复合驱采出污水在悬浮物含量、含油量达标的情况下,复配的三元体系提高采收率的幅度与普通污水配制三元体系相当,为17%。因此三元复合驱采出污水可以直接回注地层,又可复配三元复合体系。 The produced sewage from ASP flooding and polymer flooding in Daqing area are both weakly alka-line water. The effects of interfacial tension and viscosity on oil displacement efficiency of ASP flooding produced sewage were tested by using the laboratory physical simulation experiment sys-tem. The results of the experiment show that the interfacial tension between ternary flooding pro-duced water and crude oil is 10−1 mN/m order of magnitude, the oil-water viscosity ratio is 4, and the oil displacement efficiency is only 2.3%;According to the experimental results of the injection capacity of the ternary flooding produced sewage compound system and oil displacement, the en-hanced recovery rate of the ternary flooding produced sewage compound system is 17% as com-pared with the ordinary ternary system under the condition that the suspended matter and oil content of the produced sewage compound system meet the standard. Therefore, the produced sewage from ASP flooding can be directly injected back into the formation, and can be compounded with the ASP system.
