目的:青少年非自杀性自伤行为是自杀预测的危险因素,探究非自杀性自伤行为可能存在的神经基础。方法:本文共纳入11篇文献,采用激活似然估计法对青少年NSSI患者相对于非NSSI人群静息态脑功能成像的脑区进行整合分析。结果:青少年NSSI患者右侧岛叶脑区激活增强。结论:本文通过ALE元分析,对青少年非自杀性自伤的fMRI研究进行系统的定量分析发现青少年NSSI患者右侧岛叶脑区激活增强,这有助于进一步理解青少年NSSI的神经机制。
Objective: Adolescent non-suicidal self-injurious behavior is a risk factor for suicide prediction, that exploring the potential neurobiological underpinnings of NSSI behavior is crucial. Methods: A total of 11 papers were included in this paper, and brain regions from resting-state functional brain imaging in adolescent NSSI patients relative to the non-NSSI population were analyzed integrally using activation likelihood estimation. Results: Adolescent NSSI patients enhanced activation in the brain region of the right insula. Conclusion: This paper found enhanced activation in the right insula brain region of adolescent NSSI patients through ALE meta-analysis, a systematic quantitative analysis of fMRI studies of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury, which contributes to a further understanding of the neural mechanisms of adolescent NSSI.
