摘要
通过对浙江某理工科本科新生的心理普测为研究对象,以主动咨询和重点关注为检验指标,发现大学生心理健康普查量表的实效性较好,新生普测测验分数在是否主动咨询、是否属于重点关注对象上均存在显著差异。从被试方面、测验本身、测验流程三方面总结高校新生心理普测及约谈过程中影响实效性的因素,提出提升心理普测有效性的建议策略。
This study collected psychological survey data of freshmen from a certain university. Through psychological census and interviews of undergraduate freshmen in the past two years, using proactive counseling and focused attention as test indicators, it finds that the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and the psychological health documents of freshmen have good timeliness, and the test results show significant differences in proactive counseling and focused attention. Summarize the factors and strategies that affect the effectiveness of general census and interview processes.
