摘要
加强大学生心理健康教育是全面推进素质教育,培养高素质人才的迫切要求。高校学生心理健康教育课程既有心理知识的传授、心理活动的体验,还有心理调适技能的训练等,是集知识、体验和训练为一体的综合课程。教材是课程的核心载体,本文对“十三五”规划教材《新编大学生心理健康教育》(第二版)进行了分析,分别从教材的简介、教材内容、教材目标、教材特色进行了分析,以期为心理健康教材的日臻完善提供改进的思路。
To strengthen the mental health education of college students is an urgent requirement for promoting quality education and cultivating high-quality talents. College students’ mental health education courses not only teach psychological knowledge, experience of psychological activities, but also training of psychological adjustment skills, which is a comprehensive course integrating knowledge, experience and training. Teaching material is the core carrier of the course. This paper analyzes the teaching material of the “13th Five-Year Plan”, “New Mental Health Education for College Students” (the second edition), respectively from the introduction of the teaching material, the content of the teaching material, the target of the teaching material, the characteristics of the teaching material, in order to provide improvement ideas for the improvement of the teaching material of mental health.
