摘要
西部公立初中教师是建设高质量教育体系的重要力量,提升教师幸福感对提高学校办学质量和促进学生全面发展有着重要意义。目前针对西部公立初中教师幸福感的研究相对较少,在一定程度上影响了为提升教师幸福感而精准施策的有效性。基于西部公立初中551名教师的调查发现,教师幸福感总体水平较高,但维度间不均衡,健康方面存在较多困扰,课题研究、论文写作方面存在不足,教师身心俱疲的情况比较明显等。强化教师专业发展支持,缓解教师工作任务压力,提高教师薪资待遇水平,是提升教师幸福感的重要措施。
The public junior middle school teachers in the west are an important force in building a high-quality education system. Improving the well-being of teachers is of great significance in improving the quality of school running and promoting the all-round development of students. At present, there are relatively few studies on the well-being of public junior middle school teachers in the west, which affects the effectiveness of precise measures to improve teachers’ well-being to a certain extent. Based on the survey of 551 teachers in public junior middle schools in western China, it is found that the overall level of teachers’ sense of well-being is high, but the dimensions are unbalanced, there are many problems in health, there are deficiencies in research and thesis writing, and the situation of teachers’ physical and mental fatigue is obvious. Strengthening the support for teachers’ professional development, alleviating the pressure of teachers’ work tasks, and improving teachers’ salaries are important measures to enhance teachers’ sense of well-being.
