长链非编码RNA TUG1在宫颈癌中的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA (lncRNA)是长度大于200 bp且无编码蛋白功能的RNA。研究发现lncRNA在转录、表观遗传学以及转录后水平等方面发挥重要的调控作用,调节机体的病理和生理过程。一些lncRNA在宫颈癌组织中异常表达,且在宫颈癌的发生过程中起到重要作用。而lncRNA TUG1也发现参与多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展,本文就lncRNA TUG1在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用机制、治疗及预后进行综述。 Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is RNA with a length greater than 200 bp and no protein-coding function. Studies have found that lncRNA plays an important regulatory role in transcriptional, ep-igenetic and post-transcriptional levels, and regulates the pathological and physiological processes of the body. Some lncRNAs are abnormally expressed in cervical cancer tissues and play an im-portant role in the development of cervical cancer. lncRNA TUG1 has also been found to be involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of malignant tumors. This paper reviews the mech-anism of action, treatment and prognosis of lncRNA TUG1 in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
