摘要
高脂血症是一种严重危害人类身体健康的代谢性疾病,当血液中脂质过多时会沉积在大中动脉内壁导致官腔狭窄形成堵塞,进而演变成动脉粥样硬化。胆固醇逆转运可以将外周组织中多余胆固醇转运至肝脏进行降解,最终达到降脂效果。而PPARγ-LXRα-ABCA1通路在逆转运过程中起到了极大的作用。研究表明从中药中提取的黄酮类、多酚类、生物碱类、多糖类、有机酸类、皂苷类等多种生物活性成分,以及多种中药可以通过胆固醇逆转运起到降脂的作用。
