摘要
甲状腺球蛋白(Thyroglobulin, Tg)在甲状腺癌的诊断、治疗和预后中有重要作用。研究Tg在分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid carcinoma, DTC)诊疗一体化中的关键作用,对是否需要放射性碘治疗、评估治疗效果和患者生存预后进行临床汇总。结合文献,同时与临床现状相结合整理总结出现有研究的进展与不足,进一步提出思考与展望。
Thyroglobulin (Tg) plays an important role in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of thyroid cancer. To investigate the key role of Tg in the integration of diagnosis and treatment of differenti-ated thyroid carcinoma (DTC), and to summarize the need for radioiodine treatment, evaluation of treatment effect and survival prognosis of patients, combined with the literature, and combined with the clinical status, the research progress and shortcomings were summarized, and further thought and prospect were put forward.
