摘要
目的:分析常州地区变应性鼻炎患者变应原血清特异性IgE含量的检测结果,了解常州变应性鼻炎患者变应原的种类及其分布规律。方法:应用德国Mediwiss公司敏筛变应原检测系统测定血清中相应变应原的特异性IgE。根据性别分组,描述变应原的分布特征。结果:常州地区变应性鼻炎患者最常见的变应原为户尘螨、腰果、点青分支等、屋尘。男性对于牛奶、虾、猫毛、狗毛的阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:常州地区变应性鼻炎患者主要的变应原为户尘螨,腰果、点青分支和屋尘。
Objective: To analyze the detection results of allergen specific IgE in allergen serum of patients with allergic rhinitis in Changzhou area and to understand the types and distribution of allergens in pa-tients with allergic rhinitis in Changzhou. Methods: The specific IgE of corresponding allergen in serum was determined by sensitive screening allergen detection system made by Mediwiss Com-pany in Germany. According to sex, the distribution characteristics of allergens were described. Results: The most common allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis in Changzhou area were household dust mites, cashew nuts, green branches and house dust. The positive rates of milk, shrimp, cat hair and dog hair in males were significantly higher than those in females (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The main allergens of patients with allergic rhinitis in Changzhou area are household dust mites, cashew nuts, green branches and house dust.
