摘要
本文针对急诊护理特点,运用磁性理念对护理人员进行培养与管理,以增强护理人员的专业能力,提高其主观能动性,增强职业认同感,降低离职率。
According to the characteristics of emergency nursing, nurses can be trained and managed with the guidance of the magnetic concept, in which way nurses’ professional abilities and subjective initiative can both be improved. With higher professional identity, the turnover rate is definitely to be reduced.
