摘要 目的:分析湿性CAL临床技术的最新研究进展及未来发展趋势。方法:采用湿性CAL及相关技术多量大体积自体颗粒脂肪注射移植及远期随访。结果:与传统单纯湿性自体颗粒脂肪移植远期随访比较,湿性CAL及相关技术效果良好稳定。结论:湿性CAL及与其相关技术效果持久、安全、稳定,外形自然,可弥补干性CAL尚无法解决部分缺陷。 Objective: To analyze and summarize the reach progress and the trend of the wet CAL assisted with stem cells derived from autologous fat. Method: The huge volume of autologous fat granules was transplanted with the wet CAL, and the long-term follow-up was adopted. Results: To compare to the traditional technology, the effect of our method will be better and stable. Conclusion: The wet CAL assisted with stem cells derived from autologous fat has the following advantages: lasting effect, safety, stabilization, and perfect appearance, which can make up for the deficiency of dry CAL.
