摘要
目的调查海军潜水员的个性特征 ,并分析其与年龄、文化程度、独生子和工龄的关系。方法采用卡特尔 16种个性因素问卷对 2 0 0名海军潜水员进行团体测验。结果潜水员的兴奋性偏高、怀疑性偏低 ;次级因素得分显示其心理健康状况良好 ,适应能力较强 ;有 8种个性特质或次级因素与年龄、文化程度、独生子或工龄相关显著。结论海军潜水员的个性以轻松兴奋、信赖随和为主要特征 ,选拔、职业和人口学因素可能有一定影响。
Objective To investigate personality of navy divers and its relationships with age, education, only-son and length of service. Methods Two hundred navy divers were tested in group with Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF). Results Navy divers were relatively high in factor F (sober vs. enthusiastic) and low in factor L (trusting vs. suspicious). Analysis of secondary factors suggested that navy divers as a whole were excellent in psychological health and adapted well to the diving environment. A total of eight personality traits and secondary factors correlated significantly with age, education, only-son or length of service. Conclusion Personality of navy divers is characterized in enthusiasm and trusting,which may be affected by selection, profession and demographic factors.
